We are looking for a Filipino ELV Supervisor/Technician with experience at least 2 – 3 years in same position.
Job description:
Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned by the site Engineer.
·Manages the Technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams and assigns tasks to each team to accomplish it within the allocated time.
·Inspects work for completeness.
Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the ELV systems and other related systems in all project locations.
Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the systems.
Request to Site Engineer/Team Leader for the support of equipment’s/tools, as required.
Monitors productivity and efficiency of Technicians, methods and equipment used in executing work activities and takes corrective measures if necessary.
Resolves problems and conflicts of workers and forward serious issues to the Site Engineer/Team Leader.
Resolve the problem with other trades at site.
Ensure Quality, Health & Safety standards are maintained.
