- Portfolio of design work.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D software, SketchUp or similar design software.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
- Flexible.
