Ø Reviewing all financial transactions for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date

Ø Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting

Ø Managing accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment

Ø Preparing reports on financial activities, such as sales figures, cash flow projections, and inventory levels

Ø Reviewing purchase orders before they are processed to ensure that they comply with company policies

Ø Reviewing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in order to make strategic business decisions

Ø Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Ø Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Ø Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

Ø Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Ø Secures financial information by completing database backups.

Ø Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

Ø Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Ø Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

Ø Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.


Ø Graduate of Accountancy, Finance and/or Business Administration related Course.

Ø Minimum 2 years work experience in Finance Department.

Ø Work exposure in different accounting software.

Ø Good English communication skills.

Ø Preferred Female (due to nature of business)
