Responsibilities
- Ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Handles guests’ concerns professionally and ensures the delivery of an excellent dining experience
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management in a luxury cafe/fine dining restaurant
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience in 5* Hotel is an advantage
