Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within the oilfield industry, strong communication skills, and a track record of building lasting client relationships. This role is focused on outside sales and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Actively identify and engage new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
☑️ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
☑️ Promote and sell products and services using effective sales techniques.
☑️ Conduct market research to monitor trends and competitor activities.
☑️ Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
☑️ Prepare detailed sales reports and gather client feedback for internal use.
☑️ Travel to client sites as needed for meetings, presentations, and follow ups.

Candidate Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of successful sales experience in the oilfield industry (mandatory)
✅ Currently residing in Qatar (required)
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated,with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
