A company working in the field of trade and maintenance need to fill Sales Engineer vacancy
Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales engineer
specializing in Applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split
units to join our Sales team in a well reputed company.
This sales-focused role drives revenue growth for our largescale HVAC solutions by understanding customer needs,
promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable
contracts for complex HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer HVAC requirements.
• Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our applied HVAC offerings.
• Prepare compelling technical submittals and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
• Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have 5-7 years of field experience in Qatar
• Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split units,
components, and control systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing project costs and preparing competitive bids.
• Effective networking skills and ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred)
