Scrubs Lab for Medical Equipment Trading is looking for Outdoor Sales Manager / B2B Sales with the following qualifications:
Overall responsibility supervising and monitoring fashion design creations, sales prospects, recruitment, production processes, marketing and branding for all products.
Introducing Organizational structure, SOPs, workflow process, assessment & incentive programs, tram building activities, QC Module, etc.
In charge of major project such as: constructing and preparing production facility and warehouse.
handling delicate situations with clients, supporting design and sales teams.
Overseeing all employee affairs related matters. plus recruitment.
Supplier selection, offer screening and evaluation, quality management, customer business relations and performance assessment.
develop process improvements in supply chain and identifies new vendor/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
Handles deadlines and workflow.
generally handing research and development to find new innovating ways to create a better working environment, increase productivity, smooth workflow, solve minor and major complications.
Networking to create helpful and useful acquaintances in the market and official establishments.
