Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Profound proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming; prior experience in the insurance domain is mandatory.
• Extensive familiarity with Oracle SQL queries is a prerequisite.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.
• First-level support provision for applications.
• Offering technical support for applications developed using Oracle PL/SQL, specifically within the insurance sector.
• Identification and resolution of application-related issues, encompassing system glitches, performance concerns, and data discrepancies.
• Adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for task completion.
• Analysis of business requirements and preparation of functional documentation.
• Assistance in conducting functional testing.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal and external teams, as well as business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution.
