We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional designs. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative projects across multiple platforms. From branding to digital campaigns, you’ll bring ideas to life while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Design Projects: Develop and execute design concepts for branding, print, digital, and social media campaigns.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to establish visual strategies that align with brand goals.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of design excellence and brand consistency.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create cohesive campaigns and experiences.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience in branding, digital design, and UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
