We are searching for a talented Social Media Manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The Social Media Manager will be required to drive engagement by creating high-quality original content in both English & Arabic. You should also manage our community by responding to comments and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
To be successful as a Social Media Manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors on social media platforms.
• Delivering high-quality written and visual content for different social media campaigns in both English & Arabic.
• Raising online profiles and building a social media presence for clients.
• Monitoring each company’s brand on social media and perform digital market research for different clients.
• Act as the focal point for different clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables, by creating and executing a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.
• Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement and responding to comments for each of your accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives and preparing monthly reports for each client.
• Building brand awareness by engaging with relevant influencers.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
• Social Media Marketing experience.
• Experience in developing social media strategies and marketing plans.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform and client.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with third-party applications such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.
• Proficient computer skills, Gmail, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Excel)
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Be innovative and knowledgeable about new trends and the latest in social media innovation
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing Communications / PR / Digital Marketing.
• 2-3 Years agency / Digital Marketing experience.
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Currently based in Qatar – for immediate hiring
