Sterling Restaurants is seeking a talented and bilingual Graphic Designer with minimum 2 years proven experience from F&B or hospitality company.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating visually stunning designs, and delivering captivating experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with the company’s objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital ads, print collateral, and presentations.
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques, incorporating them into your work to maintain cutting-edge designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions that drive business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2D, Motion Graphics, video editing skills and photography skills is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in design.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design outputs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
