We are looking for an experienced Structural Supervisor to join our offshore construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation and fit-up works for offshore structural components, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the installation or fit-up works for offshore structural and component construction.
Ensure readiness of tools, equipment, materials, and drawings before offshore activities.
Lead and guide skilled labor personnel during construction works.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with offshore safety standards.
Report daily progress and resolve site-related issues.
Requirements:
Skilled worker background with proven supervisory experience in offshore projects.
QE-approved beveling, grinding, and special work certificates (including C/W grinding certificate).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valid BOSIET certificate.
Minimum 2 years of offshore pipe operation experience.
Preferred Skills:
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills under offshore conditions.
Knowledge of offshore construction practices and safety protocols.
