โ Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
โ Actively engage with UG Service and Operations teams to maintain customer retention.
โ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
โ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust strategies and expand UGโs market presence.
โ Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Adjust tactics based on performance data to achieve targets.
