Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Create content for our corporate clients on TikTok, Instagram, IG Stories, IG Reels, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Come up with your own ideas, collaborate with others to come up with ideas, then take the lead on executing them.
. Quickly get up to speed on our business model, brand, and marketing initiatives so you can propose compelling content that aligns with business goals.
. Improve performance of posted content using platform analytics and follower feedback.
. Attend meetings to assess the performance of past posts and propose what to post in the coming week.
. We would source of information on how the platforms are evolving, best practices from other brands, and the latest trends, sounds, memes, and tools.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
Must have:
· A native user of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Instagram and whatever is next. Even better a native user of Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts. And maybe you still have a Facebook account to keep up with your extended family.
. An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
. 1-2 years of experience creating organic social content for a company, organization, or personal brand.
. Experience using your phone to shoot and edit top-notch content within social apps, as well as expertise using DSLR/cinema cameras. Must know Premiere and Photoshop. Knowledge of After Effects and Canva is a plus.
. Understand what works well on social and demonstrate the ability to keep up to date with ever evolving social platforms along with the latest trends, sounds, looks and tools.
. Be based near our Doha headquarters.
. Be able to manage multiple high-priority tasks or projects at a single time.
. Be hands-on, willing to get your hands dirty and comfortable with a very fast-paced environment.
. We would love to see your resume and samples of recent work for a brand, organization, or personal brand. And, if you would like, share a personal social media feed.
