We are seeking an experienced General Accountant with a strong background in accounts receivable and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
▪️ Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
▪️ Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting regulations
▪️ Generate financial reports and assist with audits
▪️ Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations
