I navigated a varied path to leadership, accumulating 19 years of international finance & accounting experience with a diverse range of responsibilities, including preparation of financial statements, management and external financial reporting, setting up internal controls framework – Sarbanes Oxley/ICFR, owning the month end closing cycle – providing insight to business performance, leading the periodic forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
Successfully achieved high visibility projects, including setting up a Shared Service Centre, SAP ERP implementation in a FTSE 100 multinational, HFM- Hyperion Financial Management deployment across 8 operations worldwide, spearheaded the migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion (for 23 modules) in record 5 months for 3 legal entities.
