Ø Meeting with the Client, Consultant and supplier/subcontractor as required for project implementation or proposal.
Ø Technical support for procurement work for project implementation.

Installation, Testing & Pre-Commissioning
Ø Installation and connections of major Process Variable Instruments including Transmitters, Switches, Sensors.
Ø Ensure all Electrical Installations of Lighting Fixture, Welding Sockets, MCT, JB’s are as per approved drawings, specifications and confirm the area Classification (hazardous or non-hazardous area).
Ø Installation and Pre-commissioning of Fire & Gas system of Instruments like Point Type Gas Detector, UV/IR Flame Detector and Open Path Detector (Make: Drager and Det-tronics).
Ø Supervision of Pre-commissioning activities such as Participating in the following:
– Inspection of I/O (input/output) list and cable schedule.
– I/O loop checking.
– Functional Test of Process Instruments.
– Industrial automation network set up, i.e. Ethernet & Profibus
Ø Installation, Assembly of PLC, RIO, F&G, PMCC AND MCC panels as per approved Layout.
Ø Installations and testing of Lighting, Small power and Low Current systems such as Fire Alarm, Access control system, CCTV, Telephone and Data System Etc.
Ø Verify quality control documentation in the form of Inspection and Test Plan, Method Statement, work instructions, and Inspection Records/Test Certificates are available prior to work commencing.
Ø Checking and witnessing for all testing and construction activities at the site and also quality on site.
As Built of Documents & Database
Ø Preparation of scope for Offshore & Onshore Drawings and Database for various FMP & IS.
Ø Collecting the supporting Native File & Baseline copies from the Hub for various FMP’s.
Ø Review and Comment the updated As built Documents for various FMP & IS.
Ø Preparing the Status of the As built for Task orders.
Ø Review and Comment for the updated SPI/Intools Database.
Ø Preparing the list of Documents and handover the final updated Documents after the As built.
Highlights
Ø Able to work on SPI/Intools software and can prepare Instrument deliverables like I/O list, Instrument index, Datasheet, Loop drawing, Panel Strip Report, Tag Signal drawing, Interconnection wiring drawing, Hook up drawing, Cable Schedule, JB Schedule etc.
Ø Perform Asbuilt redlining of drawings, SPI/Intools Database and make updates in accordance with the redlines mark-up for various Offshore & Onshore FMP & IS.
Ø Identifying areas of bottlenecks/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the same through timely and precise action.
Ø Ability to read & interpret engineering & construction drawings, layouts diagrams, Hazardous Area Layouts and Application, technical specifications, P & I Diagram, Hook-Up Drawings, Instrument location & Wiring layout other disciplines drawings of the plant.
Ø Engineering and Construction supervision including Cable Ladder Arrangement and Cable Routing, cable laying, Impulse tubing and loop checking of various instruments.
Ø Verify load and cable size, grade, length and type for Project-oriented.
Ø Power, control and signal cable termination for all types of Valves, instruments, Panels and LT motors.
Ø Handling manpower on site and allotting various jobs to contractors.
Ø Basic knowledge about international standards. Zone selection, Gas group, Earthing standard for safe earth, instrument earth, intrinsically safe earth.
Ø Good working experience at HSE and plant safety operations and quality plan.
