from Japan, U.K , Thailand, Singapore and sells locally to the African market. This

a General Accountant my responsibilities are,
Preparation & Presentation of Financial Statements.
Preparation of payroll and maintaining the financial position of the company
Hands on experience in Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) system in Filling NSSF,
NHIF, PAYE Tax and VAT on monthly basis.
Conducting monthly reconciliations (Bank, Debtors, Creditors, Petty Cash and
Stocks).
Classify the ledgers and passing accounting entries to ERP system.
Dealing with vehicle importation matters and allocate vehicle costing.
Managing the creditors and Performing TTs (Telegraphic Transfers).
Performing monthly stock counting and preparation of stock reports.
Conducting Internal Audits as per management’s requirements.
Preparation of cash budgets as required.
Maintaining the sales reports, custody of HP (Hire Purchase) post dated Cheques and
presenting on time.
Co-ordinate with External Auditor in mid-year and year-end Audits.
Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register (FAR) and calculating Depreciation, Physical
verification of fixed assets.
