Result-oriented electrical project engineer professional with 12 plus years of experience in:
· Managing small scale EPC /lumpsum turnkey projects and maintenance contracts from bidding until completion and handover of Oil & Gas/Petrochemical /Steel/ Commercial business sectors.

· Facility management/ operation & maintenance of building systems such as HVAC / Fire & Gas /Access control/ CCTV/ etc.
· Preparation of maintenance plans & procedure, operation procedures, root cause failure analysis reports, integrity & operability reports, system/equipment repair/retrofit/augmentation proposals etc.
· Design and detailed engineering documentation development (specifications, technical data sheets, load schedules, recommended spare part list, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, lighting layouts, cable schedules, MTOs & installation details).
· Inspection of installations, testing & commissioning, startup, conduct performance & acceptance test, dossier preparation & handover.
· Installation & startup of MV & LV switchgears, MV/LV transformers, Motor Control centers, UPS panels & Variable frequency drive panels.
· Execution of Instrumentation, Fire Alarm, HVAC, PAGA, Data & CCTV for Process plants, warehouses, and commercial/ multipurpose buildings.
· Obsolescence and life cycle management of electrical equipment, safety standards, work permit procedures & safety compliance.
· Planning, controlling, and forecasting the project’s budget & ensure the cash flow as per the plan & project requirements.
· fulfillment technical aspects of procurement such as preparation of material requisitions, vendor document review & technical bid evaluation.
· Tendering activities like preparation of tender/RFQ /RFP documents, site survey, Quantity survey, BOM/BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender/bid submission, techno-commercial negotiation & order finalization.
· Conducting electrical power system studies & HAZOP/HAZID studies.
· Usage/ task fulfilment from software (MS office, ERP, AutoCAD, MS project, ERP, EPLAN Electric P8 & ETAP.)
· Conversant with relevant local & international engineering codes /Standards /specification (QatarEnergy Electrical engineering standards, Shell DEP standards, IEC & NFPA etc.).
