·          Collects, processes, records, and maintains hard and soft copies of documents and records of all fleet employees and clients.

·         Creates, maintains, and updates all fleet employees’ profiles and client information in the company’s database.

·         Maintaining and processing subsidy databases and registrations.

·         Processes company and government requirements to pre-deploy fleet candidates and prepare for onboarding or offboarding including permits, visas, applications, registrations, bank accounts, identifications, payment requests, licenses, uniforms, accommodation allocations, health evaluations, certifications, letters, and contracts in company and government systems.

·         Preparing and processing candidates and fleet employees for company and government training requirements.

·         Updating and coordinating with different departments to process the ongoing requirements for all fleet employees.
