CAREER SUMMARY:

Implements and sustains a strong safety culture for the EPC Project Construction Teams, EPC Contractors, its Sub-contractors, and vendors by monitoring site activities and inspiring safety commitment by demonstrating safety leadership by example. ensures compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures and policies to promote a healthy and safe work environment. Uphold Project Quality requirements through visible support to the Project and Quality Management System and ensures EPCs Contractors and sub-contractors execute work to the highest level of quality possible to facilitate a trouble-free start-up and long-term facility availability and reliability. Manage the outside contractors involved in the execution and delivery of all projects.

Ø Review, verify and approve the EPC Contractors management plans and sequences including review of engineering drawings and documents and Auto CAD for Scaffolding and review of work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure EPC.

Ø Verify scaffold safety and conformance to the technical requirements, scaffold Manufacturer Manual and accept the Scaffold Plan, ensure the workforce follow safety, laws, and regulations, cultivate and lead the workforce to the company’s vision and goals, ability to identify potential hazards which may arise during the scope of scaffold erection/dismantling works.

Ø Manage sub-contractors and subordinates to meet the quality and profitability of the project as specified in the contract and measure the quality, safety, commercial & scheduling aspects monthly & preparing the report to the client and providing direction & guidance for smooth work flow.

Ø Managing the total workforce and preparation of skills training, certificates, recruiting, also daily monitoring of site activities. Follow up with subcontractors about on-site progress and execution of all site activities, KPI

Ø Manage the project schedule and its implementation to ensure its completion within the targeted period, quality, and duty-bound. Delivering and managing high-quality support for a client’s business needs developing and leading an efficient, profitable scaffolding division, managing all scaffolding functions, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure work progress is on line with the approved project schedule.

Ø Establish standards, policies, and immediate management for all erected installation, modification, repositioned altered, or dismantled within the safety accordance and the factories (scaffolds)regulation, Compiling production and worker performance reports.

Ø Conduct supervision activities for Scaffolding works including review of project specifications. Preparing and reviewing the work procedures, quality plan, safety plan, and HSE Risk hazard analysis,

Ø Involving Scaffolding of vessels/piping/structural steel / Equipment as per Specification. Ensure all installations follow relevant safety standards.

Ø Manage and Estimate necessary Scaffolding materials and supplies with the coordination department on the time in and timeout’s deployment of materials, quantities for all relevant material needed to manage the projects

Ø Ensure all operatives follow company / mandatory requirements and procedures about all HSE legal / site requirements for scaffolding, explain to the workforce emergency response procedures, safety shelter, assembly point, emergency alarm code, and safety shower location.

Ø Ensuring all works record references and works productions are stored in a database. Plans and conducts inspection and safety meetings with crews.

Ø manage and directs the safe and efficient maintenance of mobile plants and equipment used for the scaffolding works following the agreed maintenance and safety procedures,

Ø Ensuring that all safety and security standards are followed following design requirements, involved in all incident/accident reporting/investigation with the management team following WSH (Incident Reporting) Regulations. Ensure the effective implementation and continual improvement of procedures and practices to improve safety performance in the scaffolding scope of work, including the scaffolding yard.

Ø Recruit, train and develop an initiative-taking and effective team. Assists with the Interview/Trade test/ orientation process of new employees.

Ø Manage the project expenses to ensure that the actual costs match the forecast and highlight any variations to the department. Propose alternative methods of conducting activities to aid the company in conducting its business in a more efficient manner. Work within company guidelines and approved budgets, Coordinate between the client and all departments.
