DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of maintenance duties involved in the repair, installation, operation troubleshooting of the equipment on building, facilities & yard.
  • Responsibilities all electrical installation, repair, replace & troubleshooting of electrical system and  hydraulic system.
  • Performed  building and equipment repairs using  hand tools,  power tools, and  basic electric multimeter skills.
  • Studied and evaluates blueprints, drawings, schematics and other written technical machinery, documents which would be used as references for troubleshooting procedures
  • Check electrical installation, repair, replace & troubleshooting of High voltage and Low voltage, circuit breaker, relay, electronic device, battery charger, magnetic contactor & motor.
  • Maintain all records, such as work orders and necessary reports to ensure accurate recording of activities.
  • Perform calibration of equipment, load test checking, repairing and troubleshooting of equipment around the yard and facilities.
  • Performed maintenance activities in building facilities like maintenance of distribution boards, sub-main distribution boards ,motor control center, generator, repairing & troubleshooting all types of electrical equipment.
  • Assist the inspector for the third party inspection of the equipment.
  • Conduct pre- delivery inspection of  newly equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible of maintenance duties in the repair, installation, operation troubleshooting and maintenance of buildings and facilities
  • Troubleshoots and performs major and minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures including wall switches and outlets, fluorescent lighting fixtures, tubes, ballast, socket, fuses, circuit breaker, smoke detectors, air conditioning system, and extension cords using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools

  • Analyze malfunctions of automotive equipment, using voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter drawings and visual inspection.
  • Researched faults using manufacturers’ circuit diagrams and specification manuals.
  • Dispensed fuel, checked and refilled fluid levels and changed oil and filters, as necessary
  • Removed and replaced batteries, oiled and greased equipment.
  • Tested and drove vehicles to assure proper working order, and delivered vehicles for servicing or refueling.
