I hold an International Diploma in Information Technology (DITEC) from Pearson UK (Edexcel) that I obtained in 2015. In addition, I have worked as an Executive at Commercial Credit & Finance PLC from January 2019 to January 2023. During my tenure, I have gained valuable experience in onsite and remote technical support, common IT troubleshooting and problem-solving, installation of PC hardware and software, as well as maintenance of computer hardware such as mouses and keyboards.

 

I possess basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, which has helped me to provide technical support efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, I am skilled in the installation and maintenance of various computer applications, and I have proficient typing skills. I am also well-versed in using Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.

I am fluent in English and Tamil, which enables me to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am eager to learn and take on new challenges, and I am confident that I will be able to contribute positively to your organization’s success.
