Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations to provide necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves in planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall in the standards set forth by the government agencies and the local government units. The function will also act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer of the mall.
• Timely resolutions of MEPFS raised issues by Mall Operations.
• Review tenant MEPFS plans to ensure conformance to Mall Construction Guidelines and EDD Standards.
• Plan, manage, and implement the operations, repairs and maintenance of mall MEPFS equipment and projects.
• Inspect MEPFS contractors’ work to ensure that the project is being done according to EDD standard specifications.
• Conduct site inspections with BAO and participate in the on-site inspections for vacant tenants, on-going construction, renovating & operating.
• Prepare necessary reports analyze results and recommended corrective and preventive actions on mall utilities consumption.
• Ensure that the MEPFS system of the mall are in compliance with established standards for safety and security.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of DENR-EMB, proper performance, operation, and maintenance of the environmental management facilities or systems of the establishment.

Responsible for planning and evaluation in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing practice including inspection procedure and evaluation for MEP concerns along with preparation, review drawings, specifications, and cost estimate for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Management of MEP to ensure day-to-day duties are performed professionally on site
• Handling and supervision of sub-contractors for all the activities/installation on the construction site.

• Coordinates to Safety for machine cold/ hot/ electrical work permits, safety audits and all documents needed for machine re-layout/ set up.

• Facilitates and informs all concerned parties regarding machine re- layout/ set up including Production, Facility Maintenance and I.T. for wiring and all other needed accessories and connections.

• Daily downtime monitoring of machines and update preventive maintenance schedules.
Also, assist in other sections for planning and layout process.
