My work experiences includes five and half years of experience as R&D Manager in a Fertilizer Factory,
Two years experience as Assistant Professor of Bioscience (microbiology, biotechnology and biochemistry) at post graduation level,
Three years and ten months of research experience on biological control of important forest insect pests,
One year experience on works related to marine sponges and their symbionts,
Six months experience on works related to Shrimp disease management and
Months of hands on experience working in various microbiology projects and clinical experiments during graduation and post graduation courses.
Has published 16 papers in various international and national journals and presented 7 papers in various seminars/symposium at both national and international levels.
During my Post doctorate experience, I had initiated a project along with the Agricultural office, Chittatukara, Ernakulam, Kerala, India for the management of Aphis Craccivora,a pest of Cowpea (as the farmers was facing a serious problem with the pests in their fields) and had applied a project worth 2200000 INR to the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment. The project had been sanctioned by Kerala State Council with me as Principal investigator but due to personal reasons, I couldn’t take up the project further. The project was aimed for the development of a biological pesticide as the use of chemicals has a serious concern on the environmental safety.
