delivered are as per the project specification.

Prepare erection procedure and work instruction under the guidance of mechanical chief.

Co-ordination with rigging and lifting group for installation.

Direct field personnel through foremen to implement work as per the drawings and

specifications

Ensure that all the machineries are safe before using at site.

Supervised welding, cutting, grinding and other miscellaneous work at site.

Ensuring implementation of Quality control plan, procedure and inspection plan.

Co-ordination with client, contractor and TPI.

Documentation and recording of all ongoing activities, daily reports etc.

Monitoring the completion of construction job and verifies the inspection reports.

Monitoring daily progress of activities and manpower.

Documentation of the materials arrived on the site and the transporting details.
