PLANNING ENGINEER

·        Plan and schedule the activities for optimum resource utilization & client satisfaction.

·        Allotting and distributing responsibilities to Supervisors on daily basis.

·        Material take-off based on the latest revised drawings as received from the clients and routine updating master database of the project scope of work.

·        Collecting the feedback for the draft weekly schedule from the supervisor & Superintendents

·        Generating the Material request & coordinating with HO material procurement/stores for timely arrangement.

·        Document controlling in terms of internal & external correspondences in line with project needs.

·        Control overall cost by determining most mandatory needs are identified and minimizing the un-necessary manning, material usage & other office expenditures.

·        Planning & scheduling with the site planning / Qs team in line with the client’s project control/planning department’s priorities. Fore-casting & focusing look-ahead schedule for men & material, based on that, by executing the project to cope up with specified time.

·        Ensuring maximum possible positive performance is delivered in terms of QA/QC & HSE are concerned by all minimum requirements as prescribed for the project and in line with the local authorities.

·        Routine Internal Meeting calls with Site staff at different levels and disciplines to ensure the smooth flow of the project, to motivate the co-employees/workers, and to scale their areas of skills required to be improved.

·        Routing follow-up with all minimum reports to be generated and submitted to the client & the management in line with the project requirement.

·        Ensure that the targets and milestones are met on a timely basis.

·        Preparing recovery schedules in case of any delay.

·        Preparing the CVR of the project / Shutdown activity by Track expenses, identify cost variances, and provide corrective actions to reduce the Expenses.
