Responsibility & Tasks
• Responsible for daily performance of the system including configuration, maintenance, and daily report submission, along with routine checks on the host system components (programs, network, servers…etc.)
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain support activities.
• Continuously Improve and develop all back up for the programs and data on a daily basis.
• Monitor all aspects of the computer system both hardware and software as well as monitoring all items in the server room such as (UPS. AC system, protection system…etc.)
• Manage and diagnose all network problems.
• Improving the IT system to ensure it remained up to date in addition to configuring and installing all the needed IT solutions.
• Provide daily IT support to employees, addressing their technical needs and inquiries, monitoring internet and email usage on a daily basis, in addition to setting up new user accounts.
• Responsible for upgrading the network infrastructure.
• Network and security administrator and responsible for all firewalls, antivirus, email security… etc.
• In charge of all meeting rooms (Configuration of sound system, camera system, communication system and any other related systems needed)
• Project management (Providing the management department with comprehensive project reports including employee working hours cost, projects costs, and monitoring the use of IT systems and equipment)
