I am very eager to join your organization and make a positive contribution as quickly as possible to deliver compassionate nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions. I make sure I meet patients at the appropriate health literacy level when discussing health concepts. Assurance of health literacy is very important and must be applied universally for every patient, every time, in every health care encounter, and across all environments of care. In previous roles managed a team of RNs in a 12-bed PACU unit, and coached incoming nursing staff. My key skills are Pain management, Obtaining blood from central venous line, IV Therapy, Providing for safe patient environment, Patient rights, Collaboration, Problem-solving, Care of drains/tubes (i.e. hemovac, etc.) . Able to calculate the rates of change for vital signs, manage IV drip rates, and discern appropriate medication doses. Possess a good working knowledge of fractions and ratios, arithmetic, formulas, conversion rates, and time calculations.
My System and network skills; Administering diverse operating systems like Windows, Linux, or Mac ,Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, Cloud administration and applications, Maintaining local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), storage area networks (SAN), and virtual private networks (VPNs),Troubleshooting, Helping employees with technical issues, Familiarity with physical, network, and software security, Installing firewalls and routers, Data encryption, Risk mitigation strategy and threat analysis, Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and CCPA, and Ethical hacking and penetration testing. I believe my qualifications and experience make me an ideal candidate.
