The post holder will work under the supervision of line management but will also be expected to work under their own initiatives. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance of relationships with all in house staffs for the completion of responsibilities addressed and with all leads and clients for the upcoming opportunities.
The sales representative plays a key role in the attainment of missions listed by securing business that generates profit and creates training opportunities for the people we serve.
Essential Job Duties :
Must have established relationships with business leaders and decision makers
Develop and execute a territory lead generation plan, that meets weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Comprehend and contributes meaningful ideas to marketing plans
Enter , track and update leads and prospects on daily basis
Assist in development of sales forecasting, revenue and closing strategy and other goals for assigned target market area.
Establish and build long-term business relationships resulting in completed sales

Qualifications :
Minimum 4-5 years related experience, preferably in IT Services ( given below )
Bright energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
High level of initiative, creative thinking , decision making ( account with line of management ) and problem solution skill
Inherit ability to influence and gain cooperation of others
Proven record of successful performance, exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly quota objectives through outbound sales activities
Demonstrable literacy and proficiency with the Services mentioned below
