Sales Coverage and Coverage Model – Business Analyst

Nair Systems is currently looking for Sales Coverage and Coverage Model – Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
– Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution.
– Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, and stakeholder management.
– Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred.
– Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous.
Required Special Skills:
– Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
– Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
– Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
– Personal integrity and self-management.
– Planning, organising, and analytical ability.
– Results oriented.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
– Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), process mapping, user stories, operating model documentation, user story development, and stakeholder management.
– Strong understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture.
– Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
