Position: Stores Supervisor
Location: Qatar
Type of Contract: Long Term/ Permanent
Job Scope:
• Responsible to ensure safe handling of materials and understand product safety handling procedure.
• Prepare daily and monthly report on inventories.
• Receipts of materials from suppliers.
• Conduct physical count and checking of material delivered against PO and DO.
• Perform stocks check, ensure the store inventory and records are update on daily basis.
• Maintain proper storage condition, racking and 5S in store.
• To work closely with all departments related to product requisition. • Ensuring all materials consumption is recorded daily.
• Issue of material to production by purchase request and SAP delivery note.
• To keep a copy of Raw Materials certificate and Material Safety data Sheet for all Raw materials received.
• Enforce, ensure, implement, follow and abide by all the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
• Re-ordering store stock items based on minimum stock requirement.
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills / Knowledge
• Graduation in any discipline / Diploma in Mechanical or Inventory Management
• Must have minimum 5 years of hands on stores supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in engineering, fabrication, logistics fields are preferred.
• Must have very good computer skills, including knowledge of SAP.
• Must have very good Communication Skill, able to work with multicultural team.
