Sr. Treasury Accountant
Job Description:
1- Handling the letters of credit of the group, all the needed amendments on it and also all requests for LCs Cancelation and recording it in SAP “opening and closing.”
2- Handling the letters of Guarantee of the group and all the needed amendments on it and also all requests for LGs Cancelation
3- Following up with banks for several banking and treasury operation issues for taking quick actions and to finalize the group requirements
4- Negotiating special FX rates with banks for group transfers and following the daily changes in the currencies values to get the best rates
5- Following up with the banks for any variances and ineligible deductions that not matching with banks contract for the lines of facilities against the group companies
6- Prepare Murabaha documents and the needed calculation to avoid any wrong calculation from banks
7- Assist the Treasury Section Head in setting up new bank accounts and adding the new accounts to the online banking to follow the group accounts in daily basis
8- Checking CBQ Transfers and sending to Group CFO for approval in Internet Banking
9- Prepare banks’ balance confirmation requests and reconcile it with our books
10- Prepare Murabaha, Ijara Payable short & Long YTD Report
11- Following up on all official requests sent to Banks
12- Prepare transfer requests and recording it in SAP
13- Prepare refinance GLs analysis YTD Report
14- Clear bank refinance GL accounts in SAP
15- Prepare bank reconciliations for all banks
16- Recording Different types of facilities in SAP
17- Prepare official Bank Requests
