Position: MEP Estimation Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a highly experienced and sharp MEP Estimation Engineer with a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background and full-scope MEP expertise (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Firefighting). This role is exclusively for candidates with direct MEP Estimation experience in Qatar.
Important:
This is NOT a QA/QC role.
Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.
Qatar-based MEP Estimation experience is mandatory.
We require someone who is smart, quick, and efficient in delivering work—not slow or hesitant.
Minimum Requirements:
* 7+ years of proven MEP Estimation experience in Qatar
* MMUP/UPDA Certified (Grade A, B, or C)
* Strong command of QCS 2014, Ashghal standards, and coordination with * Qatar Civil Defense, Kahramaa, and MOI
* Proficiency in cost analysis, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, and technical compliance reviews
Technical Skills:
* Deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
* Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting, and low-voltage networks, with proven experience in Fire Alarm, ELV, and emergency lighting systems
* Ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications
* Skilled in estimation software and Excel-based costing tools
* Experience in supplier/subcontractor coordination for pricing and compliance
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
* Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
