We are seeking a qualified Textile Recycling Manager who is an expert in the textile recycling process. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and manage the equipment/machinery, chemical, personnel, transportation, by-products, and energy needs of our textile recycling business. The Textile Recycling Ops Manager will also be responsible for guiding our financial strategy, selecting the appropriate equipment/machinery for the business based on absolute requirements, and identifying cost-effective strategies for sourcing and financial planning.
He also Familiarize with current cloth costs and identify competitors’ business practices. Identify and locate buyers and develop a plan to connect with them. Stay informed on market trends and react to them as they emerge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in textile recycling, with proven success
Expert knowledge of the textile recycling process.
Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
Ability to understanding of market demand and numerous market kinds.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
