Business Excellence Officer

Responsibilities:

Lead Improvement program in managed services operations by

deploying different improvement methodologies.

Self-driven (initiative & drive things to closure) and

has excellent understanding of Audit and Certification principles.

Identify and quantify improvement opportunities with

Assessments, Lean Diagnostics with frequent internal and external benchmarking.

Provide a comprehensive overview of Continuous Improvement

projects, results, methodologies and tools used across the region.

Support leadership in preparing & reviewing deliverables,

reports & presentations to Senior Leadership, including the Audit

Committee.

Provide support in achieving overall goals and metrics of

Controls Excellence, including supporting regular dashboard and Steering Committee

Qualifications:

– Candidate

must have Master’s degree in Business Management / Finance Management etc.

– Experience with minimum 5 yrs; preferred specialized in this field

– Experience in preparation and cost analysis skills for Business operation.

– Experience in handling Internal Audits, Gap Analysis, Quality and process management.

– Efficiency in Microsoft and computer skills are mandatory.

– Candidate should possess good communication skills

– Good interpersonal skills, initiative, integrity and a team player.
