We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement strategies to control costs and maximize profitability, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Manage and optimize manpower resources, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Assist with developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, taking ownership of the P&L statement and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure exceptional levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, providing clear communication and guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record in cost control, manpower management, vendor relationships, marketing, and P&L ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in computer applications related to restaurant management.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
