We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and analysis of both residential and commercial structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects and other engineering professionals to ensure that all designs comply with local codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design for residential and commercial projects
Prepare detailed structural design reports, and calculation and structural drawings inputs for drafting personals.
Able to work independently and deliver the project on schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure full compliance with Qatar Construction Standards and Municipality regulations
Manage project submissions and secure necessary approvals from relevant authorities
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design
Proficient in design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP 2000, PROKON, AutoCAD, and Revit
In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations and code of practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
UPDA certification will be an added advantage.
