I have Seven years working experience as a HR & Admin Officer in Al Ali Engineering & Contracting W.L.L and also I had working experience as Admin officer in a products sales organization for one plus years in Sri Lanka.
I have excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office Packages. And speaks three plus languages (Tamil, English, Hindi, Sinhala, Malayalam & Basic Arabic). Have a short term knowledge in CAFM. Immediately I can be joined in your organization with NOC From the current employer.

Hands on experience in handling daily office routine works such as daily attendance register & daily update in master data etc. (having experience on handling 13000 plus worker records)

Hands on experience in Document making for new arrivals and issuance of cash advances with clear records.

Conducting Monthly Internal Inspection Audits in the accommodation to ensure that hygiene, health and safety regulations are met with law and company policies.

Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; Coordinate with the Purchase department; Coordinate with the suppliers.
Establishes operating budget for the camp and controls expenditures. Costing for the department.
Responsible for reporting to occurrences, events, violations, and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety and company reputation.
Book Keeping – Material Issue details; Maintains records of stores; Bedding Materials issuance; Department Asset List. And forwarding the reports to higher management whenever required.
Making and reviewing Monthly Reports for Diesel Consumption Reports, Drinking Water Consumption Report, Electricity Consumption Report, Transportation charges Reports. And forwarding the required Information to the Superiors and the management.
