Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of QA/QC documents, ITP.
• Inspection of raw material as per P.O and reviewing of mill test certificate (MTC).
• Preparation of all Pre-Shut down & Shut Down activities.
• Prepare wall charts.
• To check all repairs performed correctly and non-destructive test are regularly repeated.

• Identifying the materials (Gaskets, Flanges, Pipes, and Fittings etc.)  As per material list.
• Witness and monitoring the required NDE has been covered as per the project specification.
• Coordinate with client’s project inspection unit for necessary project inspection for Witnessing / Hold point.
• Inspecting and coordinating Blinding, pre cleaning, post cleaning, NDT activates, Box up then de-blinding activates.
• Preliminary inspection of equipment’s after opening the man way.
• Cleaning the man way as per Inspection recommendations and carry post cleaning inspection.
• Co-ordinate the repair activates with client.
• Clearing the all RFI related all work activates.
• Flange integrity inspection: (gasket verification, flange alignment, nut orientation, proper use of molykote, bolt alignment and bolt tightening – torqueing / tensioning)
• Preparing Hydrotest Packages.
• Check all verifying documents to be consist to the original documents.
• Ensure all Quality Control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC T/A Engineer
• Responsible to prepare & submit projects final QA/QC Dossier to client.

Entering basic order events into job control system. Ensuring that the expediting guidelines are followed in quality activities.
