I was given the opportunity to manage our staff schedule base in their time availability and able to control labor cost as well.
I was also assigned to training department as training manager.My task is to create training plan for upcoming employees. And to ensure the quality of their works is part of my responsibility.
Right now, I am a Department Manager. I am responsible for administering the People Systems in the restaurant. This role includes crew recruitment, training, and scheduling. This will assist in driving the success of the our restaurant.
Lastly, aside from doing my system I am also a Shift manager. I am tasked to manage daily operation both service and production. Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
