Sample Preparation: Mounting, grinding, polishing, etching metal samples for microscopic examination and other tests.
Conducted mechanical and physical tests on a variety of materials (Alloys and Polymers) using advanced testing equipment such as, FTIR, DSC, TGA, OES, Vickers and Rockwell Hardness Testers, optical microscopes, and CS analyzer.
Perform routine visual inspections, thickness measurements, and adhesion tests on treated components.
Ensure all processes and products comply with internal procedures, customer specifications, and international standards
