CURRENT JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES

Currently Working in ADNOC Ruwais Refinery West (RRW) as F&G Supervisor under the contract of Control
& Applications Emirates. My job responsibilities are as follows,
Managing activities & resources of Fire & Gas Maintenance team for maintenance purposes
• Handling preventive maintenance of Fire & Gas and associated equipment malfunctions i.e Gas Detectors, LHD,HSSD, Inergen System, MSIR, Deluge Systems and manufacturers’ recommended maintenance schedules

• Preparing detailed equipment check lists for each maintenance cycle and the estimated man-hour and skillrequirements
• Handling preventive & corrective maintenance programs and activities. Liaising with operations, technical services and other maintenance units for major shutdowns and turn-around activities
• Reviewing cause and effect diagrams, functional logic diagrams, and design package for modifications for reliability Improvements and the execution of plan as required
• Preparing the Method Statement for Fire & Gas detectors Logic test.
• Working with commissioning teams for the installation of new Fire & Gas system, and issuing certificates ofcompletions
• Coordinate Site Acceptance Testing of all Fire & Gas detectors.
• Coordinate with Sub -Contractor for pre commissioning Loop checking activities of all Fire & Gas system.
• Perform the functional test / ESD logic test as per Cause & Effect.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Worked at Italtec Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. (Hala Gas Processing Plant) as an E&I Engineer. Out Sourced by Pakistan Petroleum Ltd. Tando Adam District Sanghar (5th November-2012 to 30th November 2018) my job responsibilities were as follows,

Manage and supervise the Electrical and Instruments activities at the site on a day-to-day basis and responsible for the Electrical activity as per plan and schedule.
Calibration of control valves, PTFL transmitters, I2P converter (Transducer), Gas Chromatography unit DANIAL 700 (Emerson), H2S analyzer &Total Sulphur analyzer (Event & Delmar).
Hydrocarbon Dew Point and Water Dew Point analyzer (CONDUMUX-II).
Mentainence, Installation and Troubleshooting of F&G system including Fire Eye and LEL H2s detectors.
Ensuring engineering procedures and standards for instruments to be implemented in daily plant activities, like PTW,
