 Worked with “SPIE OIL AND GAS QATAR W.L. L” Under QATAR ENERGYin Ras Laffan, F &UProjectas a “SCADA, Utility & Field / RO Operator and Waste Management System Operator” since December 2017 to August 2020.
 Worked with “ROOTS ENERGY AND ENGINEERING SERVICES W.L.L”Under KAHRAMAA & QATAR ENERGY inRas Laffan, O&M as a “SCADA & FIELD/RO OPERATOR” from September 2008 to July 2016.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Proficient in operating and monitoring control systems, such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and DCS (Distributed Control System)
 Responsible for RO plant operator a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality purified water.
 Strong knowledge of industrial processes, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance procedures.
 Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
 Proficient in computer software and systems relevant to control room operations
 Operate and monitor the reverse osmosis system and associated equipment including pump, membranes, valves, and controls.
 Knowledge about POTABLE WATER PUMP & FIRE PUMP STATION OPERATION.
 In case of emergency / shutdown / leakage. Need to isolation & de-isolation.
 Good experience about PTW permits documents.
 Having experience of Sterilization process of Tank, Pipeline.
 Before starting the pump Check the tank level chemical tank, valve check and put lubricant and different equipment.
 Knowledge about Chlorine Di-oxide (CLO2) & Sodium Chlorite (NaClo2) chemical making process.
 Starting and stopping various type of pump. Priming of pump.
 Familiar with the technical theory and principal of working involved in reverse osmosis, water softener, water treatment plant.
 Knowledge about different types of filters like multimedia filter (MMF), sand filter, cartridge filter, and activated carbon filter, knowledge about membrane and its cleaning.
 Maintain different types of parameters like conductivity, turbidity, TDS, residual chlorine and TSS.
 Familiar with the hazardous use of chemical, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, and liquid chlorine etc.
 Operational knowledge of pumps centrifugal pumps, rotary pump, and reciprocating pump.
 Maintenance knowledge of pumps valves, gear box like gland packing.
 Responsible for plant operation, fault rectification, handling of measuring instrument, inspection panel and axillaries.
 Maintain logbook and record all the parameters. Knowledge of STP Plant.
 Followed all safety rules during work.
 Process good technical knowledge and capability of Control room operator, and related equipment’s like RESERVOIR, STORAGE TANKS, PIPELINES, and its related auxiliaries with sophisticated control in SCADA, PLC & DCS.
