Senior Operations manager

Working for the leading Qatari real estate market with a +10 billion Dollar portfolio and Iconic Luxury apartments in Doha, The Pearl, Lusail City, Al Waab, and West Bay. Driving operational improvements, maximizing the value of asset base while ensuring tight control on operational cost planning the vision to be ready to host the FIFA 2022 World Cup and building the future ERA for Qatar and the 2030 Qatari vision.
Main duties:
· Head of the Luxury housing department and the Commercial Profile of the company
· Organize the VIP sales and leasing department and give advice for the professional team to study with research all documents and prepare the feasibility studies for all types of properties (residential, commercial, industrial, hotels & serviced apartments….)
· Managing almost 50 personnel for the leasing, contract, accounts, marketing, property management, etc. in our properties at the Pearl, pricing and marketing, private and corporate clients, etc. for more than 2,000 units in Porto Arabia, Viva Bahria, Qanat Qartier, Floresta Garden, Lusail and the rest of our properties in Qatar.
· Managing the operations of our corporate portfolio starting from Westbay area (AL ASMAKH TOWER – 25,000 SQM BUA) bank’s street, corniche towers (6000 SQM) and overviewing the property management, facility management, housekeeping department, marketing department of these properties….
· Evaluating the market price for sales and leasing.

Being responsible for the housing file during the FIFA WORLD CUP – QATAR 2022.
I was managing more than 500 luxury residential units in The Pearl area.
Communicate with Fans from more than 10 different countries that participate in this unique competition or just normal Fans who want to enjoy the first-ever event that happened in an Arabic country and in the Middle East.
Using direct and indirect channels of communication to reach the biggest number of attendants.
Signing the cooperation agreements with the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, Ministry of Tourism, and different sports clubs especially football for their players and staff accommodation.
