Dear Sir,

 

I would like to present my previous experience in this letter, it may help you to take a decision for the existing position.

I started my career as a sales admin in a whole sale / distributing company in Sri Lanka, followed by the above I worked as an administrative officer at Dammam in KSA, and continued my carrier as branch manager in an institution until I started to work in Doha.

 

Company 1. – JAIDAH GROUP

Very interestingly I had been working as an in charge of the logistics & transportation division of the above company for a period of 6 years.

The division had consist with 24 employees as; a supervisor, a Forman and (heavy / medium / light) vehicle drivers and 65 transportation vehicles. My work procedures as follows;

 

Ø  Updating legal documents of the employees, ex: ID, Passes (Safety training certificate, Port pass, RLIC pass, MIC pass), Medical insurance etc..

Ø  Have recorded the employees performances,  OT hours through SAP – FIORI, , behaviors etc….

Ø  Planning and arranging the warehouse & automotive yards transportation according to the customer request.

Ø  Have Record of the total business using spread sheet in daily basis and invoicing the same weekly / monthly using SAP.

Ø  Updating the business progress every month using sheets and graphs.

Ø  Preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders for vendors’ trough SAP.

Ø  Handled petty cash for department expenses.

Ø  Updating P&L every month to the department head.

Ø  Update customers’ business records and share invoices, POD’s, documents etc…

Ø  Follow up payments from the customers and update to the company’s main account division.

Ø  Send accounts detail of the departments to the company account division.

Ø  Used shared folder for all the above activities for prompt update.

 

Company 2 – NAFFCO – QATAR FACTORY

 

ü  Currently I am working as a coordinator in the sales department of the company being as an in charge for all the after-sales (customer) services. Below are the work activities,

ü  Material submittal preparation & printing

ü  Sample board preparation

ü  Preparing weekly pending sales & stock report using Oracle system.

ü  Receiving LPO’s cross check with quotations and making PO acknowledgements & excel with lead time.

ü  Coordinating with dispatch dept. and Accounts dept. for cost approval & payment approvals to proceed with SO.

ü  Coordination with dispatch for delivery schedule & update the customer

ü  Coordination with purchase dept. and keep record for ETA for all pending materials

ü  Provide technical support and documentation including MTC & COO.

ü  Attend the sales and customer calls and Oracle support.

ü  Sharing legal document to prove the material with the project consultants

ü  Coordinating either side of the accounts department for payment process
