We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative marketing team. You will be responsible for the development and creation of social media campaigns as well as the day-to-day management of the company’s and various clients’ social media accounts.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a creative writer, and a team player. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will drive the growth and implementation of best practices across all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Create consistent content on all social media platforms, including reels, posts, captions, hashtags, picture editing, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Manage a high volume of daily social media posts for various clients- maintaining an on-brand voice specific to each client.
Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries on time.
Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
Monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance using analytical tools such as Meta Business Suite, Planoly, and Facebook Insights.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Develop and recommend improvements to the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Create Ads and Ads schedule each month for all social media accounts.
Stay up-to-date on cultural movements, best practices, and current and emerging trends to create impactful social media posts.
Develop social media content plans consistent with the company’s brand identity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2-3 years of social media content creation and management experience in the corporate or agency setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Ads
Expert understanding of social media platforms, tools, and strategies such as Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc
Video and photo editing skills using Canva and other graphic design applications to create social media content.
Capability to shift between different brand personas without losing individual tone
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks as required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Arabic proficiency is a bonus

Must be based in Qatar
