Data Engineer – Azure

Nair Systems is currently looking for Data Engineer – Azure for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices
• Strong Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
• Strong experience in SQL, DAX and one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience working with Azure Platform
• Experience with ETL tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
• MSc / BSc Degree with minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models that
• support business goals
• Build and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouse
• Write and maintain code in SQL and/or programming languages such as Python.
• Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines and data models
• Create and maintain monitoring and alerts for data pipeline failures
• Optimize and improve data pipeline performance
• Work with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and solve data-related problems
