One of our esteemed client, a premier F&B establishment in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding impeccable service standards, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, managing staffing requirements, addressing operational needs, and achieving financial targets.
Job Position: Restaurant Manager
Department: F&B Operations
Reports To: Director of F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing
Requirements:
• Proven experience in GCC countries within fine-dining establishments
• Track record of working in Michelin-starred restaurants or top dining destinations in the GCC region
• Type of hire: Overseas candidates or those from the GCC region
• Fluency in French is preferred, although candidates from diverse nationalities are welcome
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Demonstrated stability in career progression and a willingness to relocate to Qatar
• Strong background in catering to the preferences and special requests of GCC clients
• Start date: Mid-August to early September 2024, considering notice periods
• Salary: QAR 19,000/-, with additional benefits including a fully furnished apartment, 28 annual leave days, 3 casual leave days, 8 public holidays, private medical insurance (extendable to family members if married), and yearly airplane ticket encashment to home country and return
• Education & Certification Required: Degree in hospitality or relevant certification preferred
