We are seeking a creative and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing / Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies and creating visually compelling graphics to engage our target audience. This position requires a combination of marketing expertise, design skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s style guidelines.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community, foster meaningful interactions, build relationships, and grow the brand’s social media following.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.

Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and graphic design to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a graphic design or creative role.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant software.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital advertising, and social media analytics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
